Common Questions

No, if applied correctly by a qualified lash artist, eyelash extensions should not damage your natural lashes. However, if the extensions are too heavy or applied incorrectly, they can pull out your natural lashes.

Tips to avoid damaging your natural lashes with eyelash extensions:

  • Make sure the extensions are not too heavy for your natural lashes.
  • Be gentle when applying and removing eye makeup.
  • Avoid rubbing your eyes.
  • Get regular lash fills to keep the extensions looking their best.

Before you get eyelash extensions, you will need to discuss your desired look with your lash artist. We will consider the following factors when helping you choose the right style for you:

  • Your natural lash length and thickness. We will need to know how much support your natural lashes can provide in order to determine the correct length and thickness of the extensions.
  • Your eye shape. We will also consider the shape of your eyes when choosing a style. For example, if you have hooded eyes, you may want to choose a style that creates the illusion of more length.
  • Your desired look. How do you want your lashes to look? Do you want a natural look, or do you want something more dramatic? We will help you choose a style that suits your preferences.

Once you have discussed your desired look with your lash artist, they will be able to create a custom style that is perfect for you.

Pregnant women can wear eyelash extensions because they are a non-invasive cosmetic surgery. During the appointment, your lash technician must take all necessary safeguards.

For the course of the therapy, we recommend bringing a preggy cushion and will allow multiple pee breaks. So far, all of our pregnant guests have enjoyed a relaxing session with gorgeous lashes while giving delivery.

Our technicians use the right amount of adhesive to cure the bonds on your specific extensions, so you’re always ready for a relaxing bath, a revitalizing shower, or even a swim in the pool!

To allow the adhesive bond to set, stay away from water for the first 8 hours after your lash appointment. After that, soak away!

Along your lash line, buildup from body oils and beauty products can accumulate. To keep your lashes squeaky clean, gently clean them every day.

Use our Eyelash Cleaning Tool before or during a bath to ensure long-lasting lashes.

If you apply eyelash extensions more than twice a year, get all of these things and more at your next appointment.

Yes, there are a few simple aftercare instructions for eyelash extensions:

  • Avoid getting your lashes wet for 48 hours after application. This means no swimming, no hot showers, and no crying.
  • Avoid using oil-based products or makeup remover near your lashes. These products can break down the adhesive that holds the extensions in place.
  • Brush your lashes gently once a day to remove dirt and dust. You can use a clean mascara wand or a special lash brush.
  • Do not apply mascara to your lash extensions. This can weigh them down and make them fall out.
  • If you notice any lashes falling out drastically within the first 3 days, book for a complementary Lash Fix . After 3 days, any lost lashes are likely due to poor aftercare.
  • Get a lash refill for 2 weeks or 3 weeks to maintain your look. This will help your lashes last longer and look their best.

We only take bookings online via the online booking system. On the system  you can either pay the deposit or make full payment of the service through the secure payment gateway.

If you can’t seem to find a date please send us a whatsapp message between 9am – 5pm on weekdays to check if we received any cancellations.
